A father and son team, Junaid Ventures is an owner and operator of commercial and residental real estate based in South Florida. The firm's purpose is to value-add their investments, looking to grow the health of a neighborhood instead of gentrifying it. The team indentifies distressed, mismanaged, or underperforming properties, then implement turnaround strategies that support the local community, while being accretive and profitable to investors.

The mark is heavily centered on two diamonds, reflecting an upscale demeanor and introducing Arabic to the logo. Inside the second diamond is a repeated, kufic-style lettering that reads Junaid when combined with the two diamonds. It’s meant to be recognizable by the Arabic-speaking community, but for everyone else, a symbol the reflects city planning or blueprint gridlines. The strong lines also reflect a rigid foundation that’s meant to evoke security and accountability.
